Mr. Gurung, the Executive Chairman of SKHPL is a civil engineer with16 years of experience in hydropower and construction sector.In the past, he has been involved in building and complex, road and bridge construction; tunnel, culvert and drainageengineering; irrigation, canal and hydrologic structuring and water supply engineering. Prior to SKHPL, he was involved in constructionand operation of 10 MW Lower Modi Hydropower Project in Parbat District. He is also a director at Him Parbat Hydropower Pvt Ltd that is developing 28 MW Singati Khola Hydropower Project and J.T Sunrise Hydropower Pvt Ltd, developing a 5 MW project in Dolakha District. He is one of the shareholder’s at Masding Devi Nirman Sewa, an A Class Contractor and Builder Firm that is sub-contracting 456MW Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project.

 

Currently he is also involved as the Chairperson for Caspian College, Lalitpur andis the promoter of Green Tara Nursing College at Lalitpur.
