Mr. Upadhyay holds the position of Chief Finance Officer (CFO). He earned a master’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in finance from the Central Department of Management, Tribhuwan University in 2017.

His expertise stems from a wide array of projects spanning from the social sector to the renewable energy sector. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen numerous projects, assuming roles such as CFO, Account and Admin Officer, Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Notably, he possesses a decade of professional experience across various sectors, with eight years specifically dedicated to the renewable energy sector.
